#Adote Project took part in the 15th São Paulo Meeting on Pathogenic Escherichia coli “Luiz Rachid Trabulsi,” held on December 1, 2025, at the Escola Paulista de Medicina.

The team presented two works that highlight the dialogue between science, education, and communication:

“Why Escherichia coli Matters: Dialogues between Education, Outreach, and Science Communication.”

Presented by Bruna Rodrigues Corrêa, a Science Communication student in Project #Adote and an undergraduate student in Biomedical Sciences (ICB-USP).

Advisor: Rita de Cássia Café Ferreira.

“Escherichia coli on Stage: When the Bacterium Becomes the Teacher.”

Presented by Lara Nardi Baroni, doctoral student.

Advisor: Rita de Cássia Café Ferreira.

Co-advisor: Ana Carolina Ramos Moreno.

These presentations reinforce #Adote Project’s commitment to integrating research, education, and outreach activities, bringing audiences closer to central topics in microbiology.
